      which EDIUS version?

      4. delete the bit after the cut and then stretch the clip to its original length

      5. play with J K L keys, each tap makes it faster or slower

example: if you have a clip with 4 cuts and you want to delete the first cut

                1. delete the clip after the first cut
                2. grab the edge of the first clip and stretch it to fill the gap

I have no idea about mkv, nobody I know uses such a format

flv is dead (not supported by apple) thank Steve Jobs

mp4 you can export from EDIUS, but I use T5 because it lets me optimize the file for streaming, EDIUS mp4 exports are only good for downloading and not streaming

new blue motion effects comes with great shakers such as earthquake, handheld camera etc

you don't want to prevent this, are you saying you don't need to see an audio waveform?

windows explorer is a great tool, it lest you sort by type, then you don't see them, do you know what I mean?

thank you anton but i mean when i import a clip for example 1.wmv into edius and edit it then export it as for example 1.mpg in the folder that 1.wmv is.
                              3 files created:
                              1.wmv.ewc2
                              1.mpg
                              1.mpg.ese2
                              1.mpg.ewc2
i do not know what are them?and use for what?i want to prevent creating them?
and did you look at the clip in the post #5?
