if you slow or speed up audio slightly, you can correct the way it sounds with the Pitch Shifter audio filter (included in EDIUS)

and snow and rain is easy with Boris RED (BCC Snow and BCC Rain filters)

yes, file menu, import, sequence, choose a project file, no need to copy clips to project folder

you have so many different questions within the same thread, it is hard to figure out what you are asking, and since you did not reply to the pitch shifter, I assumed you still have a problem with it

thanks my friend anton. i ask my little questions in this thread because i think if i open new thread for them they will be very much.
the pitch shifter worked perfect.thank you again.
for snow and rain the boris also worked good but when in boris i want to change the speed and size of flakes , the changes only worked in secound that the header is in timeline.how to create changes(speed , size and etc of flakes) for all time of my clips?

                    • Boris has a steep learning curve, allow a year of daily use

each filter can be customized to kingdom come in the control window

that is because you accidentally added a keyframe, delete all keyframes and then place cursor at start of boris timeline before making your changes

so you best off starting again
