  • How would you apply a transition to multiple layers?

I have a project with two layers, the bottom is a video track and the top is a graphic that has been cropped to cover the right third of the screen. I would like to box wipe a new peice of video over both of them and I can't seem to do it.

Is it possible to attach the transition to both layers?

I can figure a way around it useing 3D PIP and a third layer but it would be nice if there were an easier way

Put your new clip on top of the other 2 clips and add a wipe to it.
