Closed Captioning

I posted this before, but it never turned up in the forum, so I'll try again:
Editing with Edius and am completing a 52 min. doc. I am seeking closed captioning and mastering to tape as well as closed captioning for a DVD master. Anyone have any recommendations for affordable(!) closed captioning starting with a DVCAM master?
