How to edit after Muticam...

Sorry for the stupid question, but I can't figure this out:

I've done a multicam edit for the first time with Edius 4.5

Now I have my timeline with the markers all set. How do I combine the 2 tracks so that I can make dissolve transitions between the cuts?

I tried selecting the entire sequence and draging it to the bin, but the clips that generate in the bin are not in order so that doesn't help.

p.s. I searched high and low and couldn't find any complete tutorial on Edius! Even the help files in Edius itself don't explain anything on multicam except how to press F8 to enter multicam mode.

mode\compress to single track. Silly me :-)
