  • EDIUS 6.51 / 3d PIP ? ? ?

    Hello,

i have just observed with high regrets that Edius 6.51 erased or killed
the PIP 3D effect which was so useful for everything,

-cropping, animate, move in 3d and so many

what the hell happened to motivate this decision ?

I may use the F7 option to do a 360 degree motion for example,
nah ! that s not possible...can't believe it,

please tell them to bring it back.

Before complaining why not watch the free tutorials for EDIUS 6 first and then move your way to EDIUS 6.5

The statements are so far from the truth it is not funny.

Use the 3d Part of the layouter and you can rotate x y and Z .

Also before you can't believe it please check the manual first. :)

In the EDIUS 6.5 manual you can start at page 254.

We can and will help you just ask and don't assume ...
    Maybe the attachment will help.

The layout tool is 100 times better than the PIP, if you work with large image you will have no resolution loss and also with the new lanczos re size, video is much much better when you zoom on it too, try it you will love it.

I agree with Khoi. Layouter has come along way. If you have not watched the tutorials and/or tried to do other things with it, that is your fault not GV's.
If you import a project that has the 3d pip used in it, the effect will still show up and you can adjust 3d pip as normal. This is a nice crossover ability. I think once we move to the next version, that will be gone.

please god forgive me, yes that's my fault if im used to it since 5 years ;)

I worked yesterday with the new layouter, it's good, but i really dont like the button to change the values,

the cursor in the old 3d pip was easier to play with,

what ever, we may go on.

Please, stop telling people to read the manual (physic), specially when we dont speak english fluently (my bad) and when we dont have it. Is there any pdf with the manual of 6.51 (i downloaded the trial version).

          Thanks for supporting me.
