EDIUS 6.5 upgrade

Anyone who purchased EDIUS 6 on or after March 1st this year is entitled to a free upgrade to EDIUS Pro 6.5. *They need to register their copy on our website.

Anyone who purchased EDIUS 6 prior to March 1st of this year may purchase EDIUS Pro 6.5 for a list price of $299 USD.

Anyone with a legacy version of EDIUS (version 5 and earlier) may purchase EDIUS Pro 6.5 for $399 USD (list).

Anyone with a comparable, competitive NLE product (Media Composer, Final Cut, Premier Pro, or Vegas) may purchase EDIUS Pro 6.5 for $399 USD (list).

I uploaded my receipt on July 2nd. Today is July 10th. and I still have not received a e-mail link to download the free upgrade.

I was holding back on posting anything as I did realize it would take a bit but if the previous posted registered in July and got his then I should have gotten mine.

I bought and registered by 6.07 purchase in mid-June. Still waiting.

If there is anything else I need to do please let me know.

I like to know as well how everyone that has registered through the form gets notified? Since there is not even an email to confirm that the submission has been received ok that is causing confusion.
What should been done for everyone that doesn't get a downloadlink before end of this month, send an email?

We're working on an confirmation response.
As of this post, customers who have submitted valid requests through July 6 should have an upgrade from marcom.systems @ grassvalley.com or grass.comms @ grassvalley.com

congratulation for the "nationwide holiday" from overseas. Seem to be an open end holiday this year. Or what is the reason for the GV silence about regulating the download link everyboda is eagerly waiting for.

It takes more than a single resource to process the requests, so it takes time. Not to mention this process is new to everyone. :)
