AVI Color Space Export

I want to export a clip in AVI uncompressed (not Canopus HQ). There are different color space options Edius lets you do this in:

1. Uncompressed YUY2
2. Uncompressed UYVY
3. Uncompressed RGB

Which one should I use?

The clips are going to be inserted into another project in Adobe Premiere. That's why I'm leaving them uncompressed.

YUY2 or UYVY to avoid unnecessary RGB conversion.
Unless it's Premiere on a Mac, I'd still use Canopus HQ - that way you can preserve transparency.
