Edius keeps stopping 6.07

Could it be "INDEXING" or "DEFRAGMENTING" the drive. I have these disabled
as per Anton's recommendation.

I have done all of Anton's setup, but still having the problem.

This may be a drive issue, we have a maxell quad t-3 hooked up via esata. It looks like the drive is being accessed by something and when it does Edius just stops, after a 1 or so min. it will start working again. Any suggestion?
