  • E6.5: Issue with License Manager

Customer used the 6.5. Trial for some days. Before installing the commercial upgrade he uninstalled everything. Installation was done without problems, activated 6.5 online. Now the interesting part:

The Trial is still listed in the License Manager. You can't deactivate the entry, either. And the expiration reminder pops up on a regular basis.

So is there a way to remove the Trial from the License Manager? TIA.

The only sure fire way is to start with a clean drive or a clone
    that never had the trial.

Hmmm...so what will happen after the Trial has expired? Will customers have to live with an annoying reminder? Imho there should be the possibility to deactivate the Trial, also.

This is they way it works. It will not disturb the functioning of the full commercial version so it is no reason to worry. :)

No it will not disturb you and you can turn off the expiration warning if you so like.
