Add Cut Point Selected Tracks

I would like to add a cut point to video only. I believe I have deselected the audio tracks and selected video only. The add cut point button still adds to all tracks. Any suggestions?

Guessing here since you did include version number. Several ways to do this...try turning off your Global Group button, position the cursor, select the clips on the tracks you want to edit (If using multiple tracks), click C key.
