normally when hitting shift alt and hold mounse on a clip it will move everthing down together. now it still does that but its kinda slluggish and when i let go it moves on its own slowly then goes back a ways.

that seems normal in 6.07 or earlier when waveforms are expanded and you have a long timeline
collapse waveforms and it will works smooth, then you can expand them again
