Best settings for uploading video to Youtube ?

I have a project edited in HD 1440x1080i for Blu-Ray.
Taped with Sony HDV camera.
So this is in 16:9.
I am using Edius Pro 6.07.

I already tried with WMV but than it was shown on YouTube in 4:3...

What is the best setting to Print to File for uploading to YouTube.

What version of Edius are you using and what version of Quicktime?

Thanks for the answers and options.

The captured and edited HDV 1440x1080 is now on YouTube in 1080x720 from Edius 6.07 with QuickTime settings as givven.
