Ken Burns Effect in EDIUS ?

Hi, is there a easy way (with or without 3rd party plug-in) to make a Ken Burns effect directly in the timeline of EDIUS?
Important would be the ability to have separated controls for zoom and the start of the dissolve.

Normaly I make this in programs like After Effects, but it would be much more efficient to make this in the final timeline of a project...

You use the layouter.

Very easy in Layouter. I have previously posted exact steps to use.
