  • Reliable Quicktime version for 5.51?

Has anyone used QT 7.7 with Edius 5.51 successfully? I currently use 7.55.9 without issues but want to install the new Lightworks v11 to play with. It requires 7.7.2 minimum.

7.7.2 will work fine, but you may have no audio if exporting to ipod or ipad, this has been fixed in EDIUS6

        Reliable Quicktime version for 5.51-Update

Well...I installed QT 7.7 and Edius has become very unstable during editing and will BSOD at any time when working with clips on the timeline. It seems to be video card related. I'm to upgrade my drivers and experiment a little.
