Is the DVD authoring of Edius 4.5 decent?

Thanks. I still use Edius 3.0. It works best for me now but I am deciding between Premiere Pro 3 and Edius 4.5. I have Edius 3.0 and Premiere Pro 1.5. The only cool thing about Premiere is that if thre DVD authoring from the timeline is not that great you can tap into the Encore Program that now ships with Premiere. Aftere Reading about the Sound Soap Plugin VS Premiere and Audition I may opt for Premiere Pro 3.0. Both Edius and Premiere Pro are great Programs in my opinion but I must finally decide on one or the other.
