  • Can't burn BD off time line

Help.... I'm pulling my hair out. We have a project due tomorrow. We have just completed a 3 min 1920X1080 HD project that we are trying to burn to bluRay. It gets to 83% encoding then stops, it never get the conversion completed. I have exported it as a H264 and HDMpg2. They export fine but when I take them into Encore they they lock up the computer. I have tried to bring them back into Edius and make the disc from just those files but it still locks up at 83%. We just burned a SD dvd and it works fine. Any suggestions?

Make sure that your project is 1920X1080 59.94i when exporting mpeg2 HD, Encore should takes it without re encode, same way if you burn to disc straight from Edius, you might want to shift Q the time line first before burn to disc and see if it help.

Microsoft Security Essentials (latest version) (a free antivirus software) breaks EDIUS

I don't use any antivirus software at all on an editing PC

Oh ok, I never use them in my editing computer so I never have that problem.
