Problem with Edius 5.11

Hello i have the edius 5.11 update and i have this problem,when i edit it stop,to play,to change from clip to clip,when i put a song to timeline and anyway when i use it,it stop about two or three seconds and it start again.Do anyone why?

you need to update to EDIUS 5.51 (free) in order to use successfully in Win7

do not place VBR mp3 audio clips on timeline

use wav stereo 48k files for perfect results

Please,i update to 5,51 but the problem is still there?Any other reason ?

you can check the settings... there is an option to avoid EDIUS stop playback at drop frame

Where are the files residing within the system. Do you have a dedicated video drive, or raid, and how full is this drive?

also, provide project settings and the type of clips used on video and audio tracks

also, confirm that not antivirus software or windows defender is running

and check to see if Win7 is set for performance and not childish fade in and out and animate menu effects

look i have two external disks,one for the editing and the other for the externals files,the video clips are dv format from dec tapes in the first disc for the edit.I transfer all the project from disc to another and also to the main disc(c) but the problem is still there.Someone anything?
