I have a major problem with overlay

Hi..I got some renders 1280 x 720...the renders looks good..but I have this problem with overlay in Edius, when I have rendered it out....it is not good.....any idea what can be wrong ?
It seems it is not there in exports, only in edius video window

what do you mean by render?

if you mean pressing Shift+Q to render a non realtime section between in and out, I don't see that in your screenshot, a new file should have appeared above the clip

and be sure render codec is set to Canopus Lossless in project settings

Seems like the alpha channel disapears ?, should it do that ?
