account with canopus: how to re-activate?

I used to have an account, but forgot the username/password. When trying to register again, the site refuses because my data is in the databse. When asking for password re-send, nothing ever arrives in my mailbox:(

What can I do, apart from registering as somebody else (and creating another e-mail address as well)?

if you or your ISP have a spam filter, the password re-send maybe trapped there?
