  • Two question about 6.07

When placing a color matte on the time line how do we keep the audio channels from popping in? We get like 3 audio channels even when we have the audio lines deleted.
Question 2. When we open the dialog box to import a new file it opens full screen, is there a way to change that?

1 disable the audio by clicking the a top left this does it for all channels.
    2 re-size it by dragging.
or do you mean the properties box? If so deselect it on the open dialog panel.

That worked with the audio, I still can't re size the dialog panel, I can't grab the corner or bottom or anything to get it to re size.

That is strange because I tried this on 2 machines and I can just grab an edge and resize it.

As a test can you press shift while grabbing an edge and see of you are able to resize?

No Steve it doesn't do a thing. The little triangle in the lower right disappears.

It's not the end of the world but it would be nice to be able to move the box sometimes. Our other system does not have this problem. I'm calling it a day.Have a good week end. thanks for checking.

Try this -- open the Windows Control Panel, go to Ease Of Access Center, go to Make The Mouse Easier To Use, and check the last checkbox on that page (Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moving to the edge of the screen).

If that fails create a new user profile and then try again.
