Urgent! DVD file twitter on the monitor

I use canopus NX card and edius4.0, I render a DVD file via Procoder3, and import the .m2p or .VOB file into edius4.0, the clip was twitter on the monitor.
I think I set someting wrong, some one could help me? Urgent!

Have you checked the settings for the project match those for the dvd files?

Does the pc have enough resources to play this mpeg file on the timeline?

Why have you imported this file back into edius?

What was the original file?

I burn the file to DVD at first, then I found it twitter. So I import it and see it on the monitor, It twitter still. The original format was AVI, codec format was DV25

What settings did you use for encoding to dvd with procoder?

the original avi played fine. The settings for encoding is CBR, PS stream, and the bitrate was 6M.
