some questions about quicktitler

hi guys.
1-when i open quicktitler for example in a time of my clip , it does not show a preview picture of my clip in the quick titler window?
2- when i drag my tilter clip into timeline. i do not have this section

1. place cursor where you want title, right click desired track and select new clip, quicktitler

2. make sure the keyer track is expanded in the track header and be sure track height is on 2 or larger, when track height is on 1, keyer track is not available

according to your pic, you place the title in V1 and there is no video below, as a result you see black

you need to put the title in V2, right click the actual track V2 and choose new clip, quicktitler

could it be that you have an old buggy version of EDIUS6?
