  • work with color correction filter

    hi my dear friends.
    i have some questions about thie effect in edius.
    1-in the color balance windows(pic) what are the chroma , bright , contrast , cyelo , magent and yellow?i don not know what is differnece between them?
    2-i want to change the color of a special area of my clip(for example change the color of the T-shirt of a man).how can i do this?

          if we have a very small area(can you please take a look at this clip and as you see , there is a very small green circle on the earth and i want to chane the color of that).so in this case what can we do for changing color?

              you do exactly the same

              I already tested this on your spinning globe last week and it worked perfect with chrominance filter

              the better the quality of the clip, the easier to fix, your spinning globe clip is very poor and small and heavily compressed, this makes it more difficult

                i work hard with chrominance but i can not do this.
                can you show me to change the color of that green circle by chrominance with a video?

                      when you do like this, you will see a white dot on preview screen, this is actually the green dot, then turn off show key and change the color (you can see that I am masking off all green with the oval mask tool)


                      you need to place timeline cursor in a suitable position so the green dot is in its best view

                      it should be easy with a good resolution of the video clip, I was able to do it with the heavily compressed one that you supplied

                        1-pls take a look at this clip( time 0:06) how can i change the color of the car?
                        the clip( spinning global) is a little 2D. i want to make it little 3D.can i do it with edius?

                          you can't change the color of a car that does not have any color

                          that is a silver car, there is no hue you can change by much
