  • Can someone please explain reason of this Error….




    Error : "Not enough Storage is available to process this command"

    Does anybody experienced this error before ?

    OS : Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit
    Edius Ver : 5.50
    Cpu : Core i5 – 2400
    Main Board : Intel DH67BL
    RAM : Kingston 4 GB
    Graphics : 1 GB ATI Radeon 5450
    HDD : Seagate 1 TB Barracuda

    Where is the project folder residing?
    What drive? List your hard drives and sizes
    with percent full.

      Jerry,

      All my Project folders & Footages on drive D:, Out of 781 GB 87.7 GB is free on drive D:, I even defragged drive D:

        Drive D seems rather full, it's over 70%. Get another drive and reduce the load on drive D.
        i7 3930K, Win 10 pro 64 Bit.
        RAM 32 GB.
        ASUS P9X79-Deluxe.
        PS Thermaltake 1kW.
        Graphics Gigabyte GTX1660 OC.
        OS:Intel 535 SSD 480 GB, Data: two 2TB WD Cavier Black, RAID 0.

          This is only a 4 min. project and we're looking at an "open" dialog box.
          Strange indeed!
          Is Windows using the D drive for pagefile operations?
          I've worked with drives with way less available space!

              your screenshot is poor quality, possibly destroyed by the compression engine of this forum, try and use png in the future

              after zooming in to your screenshot, I can see that you are trying to open an EDIUS waveform cache file, that is certainly a no no

                Would nice to have those extra 'working' files to be either in a seperate folder or to be hidden & leached.
                Power users know how to find hidden files and the users who don't know how to do that have no use to even see the files.

                        This error occurred at the time of opening of another project, this error occurring randomly at the time of saving or opening projects.


                        I checked Windows pagefile setting, pagefile is on C:

                              This error occurring randomly at the time of saving or opening new projects. Length or layers doesn’t matter, it can randomly happen with any length of project.
