It does not have to be exactly the same but read few of them and you may find an answer. You also will know what to look at, what are possible reasons for your problem. Don't expect to have 100% precise answer as in many cases it's simply impossible.
For start- go to advanced setting tab and set you project temp folder to some big, NTFS formatted drive.
There is no such a thing like Blu-ray DVD it's Blu-ray.

Problem creating Blu Ray DVD
hi, when i creat a blu-Ray DVD its exactly stops at 83%. with message saying "DVDcreator is stop working". i did tried few diff. project, but it happenes samething with all projects. Stops at 83% . Can anyone tell me . whats the problem could be ?? i have no problem making reg. formant DVD. only problem in BD.
