Did you follow all of the steps in the video?
If you do it will work. I was.changing the size
Of the.key without it changing the background.

This is what I suggested very early on but here it is in a bit more detail. Follow these steps.
        1. Scale the blue screen picture like you want it to be.
        2. Drag and Drop Chromakey to the clip and Open it in Information Tab.
        3. Click on Enable Rectangle and then drag the shape of the rectangle to cover the area you need to cover. See attachment

The result is in the second attachment

BTW, I agree with Anton that Robuskey is much better.

Here is another method that will give you the ability to fly your Aircraft easy.

          Apply the Mask.

Mask around the plane soft edge in and out when done and cheat with scale.

Put the mask in front of the layouter.

Animate your plane with the layouter done.

I just did this in 1.20 min

I used your stills and made this. The quality sucks but it will give you an idea.

                Hi Pat

                the rectangle does not rotate

it needs to rotate in order to correctly mask a layouter rotation

as a result, Robuskey must be used

You can do this without a chromakey. I have shown this a few post back.
If you do not have the budget you can do this without Robuskey. :) That said Robuskey is a good tool to have.

not having Robuskey is like not having beer in the fridge

                    anyone using Robuskey will agree

anyone not using Robuskey will agree after they purchased it

Since I like beer I have Robuskey. :)

But some may not have the budget that's why it is good to know the alternatives.

I tried what you said , it is working the same like your attachments but when
                        open layouter
to keyframe to Animate then the problem starts and mass up with your back ground. but thanks so much for your help.

                              John,
Anytime that you use a chromakey, you need to make that a different file in order for it to work. That means doing the alpha matte. It becomes a different video clip. If you want to stick to the chromakey way, and you have AE, use keylite and key out your green and export to HQ + alpha and you will get the separate file with alpha. It will also be realtime.
Import that into Edius and use the layouter tool to move and size the file.

Using the Mask tool will not require a sperate file. You then open layouter and move and size the file.

Either way works. You just have to take the time to do each way.
Since many of us have given our time to help you, it would be nice if you at least tried the methods put before you and report back.
