text logo as side wings-how?

Hi all, I have searched for a solution with no luck so here goes:

Edius v5.51- I want to make side wing branding with a company name either side of a photo. The logo is a tiff file. I can resize it and reposition it in layout but cannot turn it through 90 or 180deg for the side branding. ( I believe v6 layouter makes this possible.) As it is text I can't use the mirror filter. I have had a look at 3d pip but end up with animation which I don't want. There has to be a better(easier?) way- help will be appreciated, thankyou.

3DPIP animation
If you move the cursor to the beginning of the clip and then apply the rotation you should not get any animation
Make sure there are no other "Keyframes" on the 3DPIP timeline
E6 Layouter has rotation but you need to make sure you do it on the first frame, same anywhere

I created mine in photoshop. Just create what you
want the logo to be and then rotate it vertically.
Do this for each side.

Thanks for that, I knew it was a silly question but I just couldn't solve it. The secret is of course having the cursor at the beginning of the timeline in 3d pip- I completely missed that! Job done, thankyou
