  • DVD Menu Opening

I have just finished a production using Edius burn to DVD, there is a 2 page menu, some people are having trouble playing from the menu because instead of the first chapter being highlighted by default, it's the page turn arrow, which is not obvious to a first time viewer, it looks like nothing is highlighted so they are returning them to me as not playing. Is there a setting I have got wrong? or would it be better to set the 'first play' to play the video rather than the menu?

how many menu buttons in total?

if 18 or less, make it one menu, then there is no confusion

5 buttons, I'm using one of the standard 4 chapters per page.
