Snow and Rain effects

Hi all,
is there any effects library for EDIUS to have falling snow or rain?
I found DigiEffects Delirium (which actually is for After Effect)..it works in Edius 6, but it is very very slow...

Is there any native library for Edius to do the same?

No. Delirium or stock footage/annimation depending on your needs is your best bet.

I tried it. It seems a standalone software, right? It is not an Edius plugin
