FULL HD export

i have a problem with exporting a full hd format for buring 2 a BD and exporting from HD 2 DV.
1st i use an a MPEG2 exporter but its not that good as it seposed 2 B, then i tried the H.264 MP4 but it still not that good.
Now i told 2 export the Canupos exporter (fin QU) but wen i tested it everything was shaking (i dont have the Canupos card).
so now i stuck.
all i need i 2 know what kind of preset or exporter 2 use (MPEG elemtary streem isnt woking)

Mpeg elementary stream export gives excellent results here
