Default ntsc video cd export in edius 6?

hi all,

i work in edius 6. i have a project which requires me to edit a video cd which has the resolution of 352x240 with 29.97 fps. now i am able to edit it in edius but i am not able to export it in video cd format. it allows me to export as mpeg elementary stream which makes a separate video and audio file. i want to export it as a single file. there is no preset for exporting in ntsc video cd format.
