Help building new computer...

Hi i about to build a new computer in which i intend to use with Edius 4.5 and Premiere. Which of the following would you suggest (at the same price):


CPU INTEL CORE 2 DUO E6850 3.00GHz 1333MHz 775 4MB BOX
or
CPU INTEL CORE 2 QUAD Q6600 2.40GHz 1066MHz 775 8MB BOX

motherboard

ASUS P5WDH Deluxe (975X)
GIGABYTE P35 DS4 (P35)
RAM

2GB of 6400 OCZ modules with timings 5-5-5-12
or

2GB og 6400 GSkill modules with timings 4-4-3-5

Any suggestions would be appreciated

I have built dozen systems with the P5W DH Deluxe and the Edius NX card and they perform pretty well! In general I suggest sticking with an Asus motherboard.
However I think that the P5W DH Deluxe do not support 1333Mhz CPUs...
