DVD-R not recognized

    DVD-R not recognized

    I am trying to burn a DVD-R using the built in Burning program. Been using Verbatims all along with no problem--today the program is saying "media not supported" I tried different discs with the same results.
    Any ideas appreciated.

    Try test burning with windows or the free IMGburn app.
    It could be a tell tale that your burner is failing, or need to update your drive firmware.

      Stupid me had Blu Ray checked so it naturally didnt recognize the DVD-R. Once I checked DVD it worked fine...Thats for the help though
