Thanks again to all and especially Paul TV.
Which I forgot to mention in my last response that in the newly wired Spark card that I did adjust the delay by 30 Ms to achieve perfect sync which turns out to be the exact same amount as Paul TV so many thanks again.
Just goes to prove with a high tech issue like this that this forum is one of the best out there to be on.
