I have a JVC GY-HD100, I see Sony has a new camera coming out. If they release it in the states can I mix footage from both cameras?Will it look o.k.?

Is the new Sony camera progressive or interlaced?
That's about the only concern I can see there being - aside from checking that EDIUS supports the Sony camera's format (it should).
Remember this - progressive footage goes into interlaced project presets and looks fine. Interlaced footage in a progressive project preset doesn't always look as...attractive..Comment
