A few months ago I filled out a survey from GV, they said I will get money from Amazon.com, now it has been a few months, has anybody got anything?

The last time I looked into this, I determined that a draft copy of the survey code/text was published, which offered a voucher - this was an idea in the planning stages, but was ultimately dropped.

I don't know which parties were responsible, but I can definitely say that the Amazon voucher mention, was definitely not intended.
