  • How to export Video To DVD ????

    Hi
Most of the time I need to make a video DVD with menus, I Have to export the sequences to data files using print to file option in edius 6.01 but the size of the files are too much large that DVD capacity doe not be enough for that file size ?

Could I export from edius to files that could fit to DVD capacity ????

like what happens in final cut pro when exporting using compressor ????after that we use the DVD studio pro ?

Unfortunately, the EDIUS exporters don't have a file size indicator

you can however use the EDIUS DVD Creator as a calculator

or use this online calculator, but do not set your P, I and B frames as it suggests, because that is wrong

then use these values to export the mpeg file for use in your preferred DVD creator

      Hi
I'm probably missing something, but: I just burn the sequences straight to DVD, Edius Burn to Disc will reduce the bit rates to fill the chosen support. OK the menu editor is basic, but works.
(ps I create my chapters as seperate sequences in Edius)

I think he wants to use the authoring tool of his choice

          Hello.
by the way. Is there any possibility to select songs for these menus???
I didn't use this option of "burn to disc" yet.... I have took a look of the options and I dind't found some audio settings for menus...

What dvd maker for making menus, submenus and pictures presentations do you suggest? (I use W7x64)
          sorry for my English...
