Problem with DVX-E1

Hi

my board worked until last night without any problem but this morning when i want work with them , i cant run dv capture or Edius DVX or any program .They give error from DVXCORE.DLL
The DVX-E1 board is install correctly but dont work.
may be BIOS or FIRMWARE has crropt

PLEASE HELP ME

Turn off the computer, unplug the power, wait 2 minutes, open the case, remove the board, then replace the board, plug the computer back in, and turn it back on.

Perhaps the board is just not sitting in the slot well.

I do that but my problem is alive!
it is just from firmware!!
