Change SD format project into HD format project

you have 2 options

option1 = is easiest if you already created a HD preset

option2 = you modify the existing SD to HD

Settings>Project Settings double click an HD preset (assuming you have made one)

Just switch the project to an HD project.

Hi, I mean my format project is SD and i change it to HD without edit my project again.
Now How do I?

go to project settings and select a suitable HD preset

then apply at least 20% sharpness to each clip

why do you want to do it? there is nothing to gain
