Question about TMPro titles

I am doing an HD project and I notice when I create titles from TMPro that they all seem short and fat kinda like when you stretch a 4:3 signal to 16x9.

Is this my imagination or is there a setting I am missing somewhere to make my titles look right.

I checked on the credit roll I made yesterday and yes they do look a little short and fat like they have been stretched from 4:3 to 16:9

It's not really bad or annoying it just doesn't look right.
