  • NX preset not showing up.

We just upgraded to 6.03 and the NX card worked fine at first, but now it is not showing up again. It did this yesterday and I had to do a restart. This morning it was working and then just disappears in the preset. Is anyone else having this problem? W-7 64 bit

You did create new presets right? Or imported the ones from the download section?

Yes I did. Like I said sometimes it shows up. I'm working on the same project this morning when it just stopped working and the NX oresent was gone.

No I didn't. It looks like a might have to because the NX card is not showing up again. It work great yesterday. Is there some other fix?

Try resetting the card first before trying the big fresh install.

be sure the NX card is removed while you install Win7 fresh

also, be sure only one hard disk is inside the PC as you install Win7, otherwise the installer may place the bootloader on any other random drive, been there, done that, and this means if you ever remove or replace that other drive, Win7 won't boot, it also means that making Win7 images will become impossible

I'm still having the same problem HX-E2 not installing. This is very annoying. As I did a fresh install of Windows 7 and HX-E2 is not installing. This morning I have tried 3 times. I need a solution here. I have upgraded 6.05.

can you confirm that there is a yellow warning of missing device in device manager

do you see an entry called "Canopus Hardware drivers" in add/remove programs, if so, uninstall and reboot

then install from 6.05 driver folder
