4:3 still image on 16:9 project

hey, i record and edit everything on SD 16:9 PAL and when i make a still picture (CTRL+T) then on my hard drive it makes the picture 4:3 and everything is so long... i use this pictures to print on CDs but i cant realy use them because the picture is not OK.

so how to fix this ?

Yor screenshot needs pixel aspect ratio correction!
EDIUS can do that for you. I don't remember how the exact phrase is,
but take a look in system settings in export section. There is a category
for stills & you will find an option for AR correction.

Or use Photoshop and change the horizontal image size to 1024 pixels (1024x 576).

in EDIUS, go to still image exporter options and tick the aspect box, then all your stills will be correct
