clips moving

have second clip of a 2 cam shoot on va2.
on 3rd line, V, when i put a black clip, the clip on va2 moves down, im not putting the black clip against another that would cause this. not sure why this is happening

Do you have ripple mode on? Do you have audio on both clips but have them mapped to the same tracks?
