    Edius 6 does not play properly with only two effects

    Good morning ...
    I have a doubt and would like to help me.
    The thing is ...
    In a piece of film, I try to apply the tool "MASK" and "Softfocus" to play badly. Hangs in reproduction. I have to rendering that bit of film, to see the effects and the movie normal.
    This is a movie in HD.

    The question is ... is this normal?

    I have a Intel Core I7 2.8ghs, with 6GB Ram Corsair, and a video card ATI RADEON HD 5700.

    is the HD file Canopus HQ? if so, it should work fine

    unless you have AV software or defender enabled
