  • keeping window on top

    anyone know how to keep a window on top while playing timeline, I want to read the script (word doc) while the project is playing to make sure I have not missed anything

    Could you minimized the info and effects window and put it there instead of on top of Edius.
    I7-6900K, X99 Taichi, Geforce GTX 1070, Corsair RM850X, Corsair H100 IV2, Windows 10, Edius WG 9.30

        I don't think that pinning application will stay on top of the info window, because it's always on top of everything else?

              You can also use powermenu.
              Download PowerMenu - Adds Always On Top, Minimize To Tray, Priority and Transparency sub menus to all top level system menus


              This one Ii have not tried but I have a friend who swears by it.

                  I don't think it's going to work...even on Dual monitors where you can have Edius on one window and the word doc on the other.

                  This would be a good place to own a laptop :)

                    I'm with StormDave - add another monitor. Even a simple USB VGA adapter would work, since you don't need super-high-resolution.

                    If you have a spare machine or laptop, you could use something like MaxiVista if the script needs to be running on the same machine as EDIUS.
