Answer to question 1 there currently is no 64bit version but the 32bit version works on 64bit OS

No RGB scopes in E6.
May I suggest an external solution?
blackmagic ultrascope is also good

EDIUS edits YUV so RGB parade will not be that useful because there will be conversion before measure.


Let me see if I can find the link to a nice article explaining why RGB parade in YUV is not that useful.
