mpegcapture v 405 on windows 7 64bit

Hello and sorry for my english
i have edius 5.51 on windows 7 ultimate 64 bit with Canopus NX and firecoder blu
i cant install the program mpeg capture to capture a mini HDV cassete from a Sony HDV Player GV- HD700E
What can i do to solve this problem?
Please help me as soon as you can because i work on a photography shop and i must finish this work :)

you don't need mpeg capture, it is old outdated stuff

use EDIUS to capture direct by selecting generic HDV input, done, very simple in EDIUS5 (3 clicks), far more complex in EDIUS6 (300 clicks) but once setup, it is a matter of a simple push of keyboard key

that is because you first need to fix a Win7 problem implemented by Microsoft to annoy all their users, send them a thank you note
