move already done in multi-track

hello, moving a frame of a video track in a multi-sync bad, the whole track would have to move a frame, but stannous every camera shift points of the realization, if you move the track cuts move and park black space, like I can do?

you need to manually go to each cut point and offset the edit point by 1 frame

click the cutpoint and it will show a green and yellow bar, then push , or . keys

ufff no more than 1000 points, the video track is 2 hours 2 is a single clip, and this one frame sync with other tracks, I prefer not to go sync if point by point, I just want to move around the click no points.
