Alpha Key

I read Mr. Antons tutorial on how to grab an alpha key in edius. Thank you very much. My question is how you can take the key after you convert the two clips and make it into a .mov file instead of a canopus file. (using edius 6.03)

Any help would be greatly appreciated...
